We bake up our apple cinnamon cupcake with a graham cracker crust on the bottom and a vanilla/butter streusel on top. We then top with a generous well of our signature cheesecake frosting and fill the well with apple pie filling. We finish it off with our homemade vanilla/butter streusel!
